How long will it take to receive my order?
UK - 1 to 3 days
International - 3 to 7 days
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be provided via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including;
Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay debit and credit cards.
What is your returns policy?
To request a return, please email apollogoalkeeping@outlook.com and please state the
purpose of your request in the subject line, and aKach any relevant evidence. We will aim to
deal with all return requests within 1-2 days.
Returns will be accepted within 28 days of purchase, and an exchange or refund will be
permitted once the product has been received and inspected by our team. Product must be
returned in its original condiIon.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used/tampered with prior to retuning,
and must be returned in its original condiIon.
Returns will not be accepted if the film has been removed from the palm of gloves (contact
latex).
If there is a fault with the product, we will offer a full refund or exchange of the product.
If a return request fails to meet our requirements, a return or exchange will not be granted.
We do not offer returns labels, and returns must be paid for by to returnee.
We recommend sending the returning item using a delivery method which includes a
tracking number and/or to be signed for to ensure that the product has been received by
our team. UnIl we receive the returned item, the item is the responsibility of the customer
and we cannot be held liable to any issues that may occur if the product is lost in transit.
Do you offer glove personalisation?
We do not currently offer glove personalisation, however this is something that we will be looking to add in the near future.
